Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our week in Snipe and Woodcock Barns – it was one of the best holidays we have had. It was so lovely for our three families to spend time together and especially for the children to have all that space to play, and to have the facilities of the games barn and your amazing stock of toys and videos. We had some great times on Lowestoft and Southwold beaches, the local swimming pool and the Big Dog ferry trip.
Thank you very much
Stayed here for 3 nights.. wish it was longer. There were 10 of us .. adults and two teenagers and two dogs. The barns were excellent. Plenty of room, very comfortable beds, lots of little touches that made everything perfect. E.g. home made brownies, milk from the farm, yoghurt etc. Bathrooms etc lovely,. Everything there you could possibly need. Beautiful rural setting. Hot tub, games room and fitness suite were excellent. Hosts welcoming .. cannot say much more. This really is first class and we enjoyed every minute.
Have just returned from our second stay at Wheatacre Hall Barns. Well maintained very clean and comfortable friendly welcome. Something for everyone. The welcome pack includes home made brownies, eggs, milk, double cream and yogurts. Will definitely make a return visit.
Brilliant facilities that cater for all ages! Accomendation was lovely and cosy. Beds comfortable, large kitchen/ front room for all the family to have room to play games in.
Games room has everything you need whilst there is also a soft play for younger family members. Very very clean! A brilliant place!
Beautiful holiday cottages on a working farm. Fantastic facilities, including a well-equipped games room (table tennis, pool, table football etc), small but fantastically well-stocked farm shop, and lovely surroundings. Close to many Norfolk and Suffolk attractions -we enjoyed the beach at Southwold, castle and cathedral in Norwich, and prehistoric site at Grimes Graves, as well as Go Ape and other attractions in Thetford Forest. Joanna and her team provided lovely welcome treats including brownies, yoghurts, and milk, and washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, etc are also provided. Lots of nice pubs and restaurants nearby, and nice Saturday farmers’ market near Beccles. Dog-friendly too. We had a great stay with our children and dog – highly recommended.
